How long does it take to become affiliated with VIA Broker/Dealer?
As fast as the new representative can return the New Hire packet, and all required documents and associated new Broker/Dealer fees. Usually around one week, but in unique situations it can be as fast as one hour.
How much does it cost for VIA to become my Broker/Dealer?
This dependes on how many states you wish to be securities licensed in and if you are required to do State and annual FINRA required testing? Every person is a little different depending on associated FINRA fees.
Will I be allowed to write Index Annuity Business?
Yes through VIA's approved Independent Marketing Organizations (IMO) or approved insurance providers.
When do VIA reps get commission, trails, and 12B1 fees paid out to them?
In most cases every Friday checks are mailed to the representatives containing their trails, commissions and 12B1 fees.
